This is a fun ride that connects you with exciting experiences with nature. Takes you to the glaciers in Plaza Francia at the base of the magnificent south face of Aconcagua with the slope of 3000m.
The Cerro Aconcagua is the center and main reason for the Aconcagua Provincial Park, one of the most spectacular protected areas of Argentina.
The "Colossus of America" is the goal of climbers from all latitudes and athletic aspiration of contemplation of the nature of thousands of visitors per year who experience their travels treasure this unique and exclusive, as offered by this magnificent hill.
Day 1
In the morning we will meet at the downtown hotel in Mendoza, where we meet the guide, to go to Valle de Uco, where we have a "Tasting in Bodega, enjoying the welcome lunch. In the afternoon we transfer to our hotel in Penitentes where we prepare our loads and have a talk by our mountain guide. Dinner, end of the day.
Day 2
Breakfast and departure for Puente del Inca (2700 m s / n / m) visit to the natural bridge and former spa hotel. Provincial Park entrance at the Lagoon Horcones lunch. We will continue with a trek of 30 minutes for Quebrada del Durazno, where we expect carriers and horses to start the ride to Confluence Base Camp (3300 m s / n / m). Arrival, distribution of tents, dinner and end of the day.
Day 3
Breakfast and then we begin the ride to the viewpoint of the famous South Face of Aconcagua (6969 m s / n / m) arrival and enjoy a picnic. Thereafter, if the conditions allow, we will go on trekking to the base of the south wall, where we will estimate the magnitude of it and we will contact Horcones Glacier (4200 m s / n / m). Lake Parade Horcones returning to where we expect our car to return to Mendoza.
